Yes. We use natural ingredients with no synthetic fragrances. Due to this, slight variations in scent and appearance are normal.

Is it safe for pregnant women or pets?

While we use natural ingredients, some herbs have potent properties. We recommend that pregnant women, individuals with sensitivities, or pet owners consult a professional or use in a well-ventilated area in small amounts first.

What is the difference between medicinal incense and regular sandalwood?

Medicinal incense goes beyond aroma; it focuses on the healing synergy of herbs. Each blend is crafted to support mindfulness, calm, or vitality, rather than just providing a single scent.

How to light the Vigor Nüwa herbal incense correctly, and what precautions should be taken?

Light the incense stick tip until it glows red, blow out the open flame and place it in a heat-resistant incense holder. Keep it away from flammables, children and pets, and use it in a well-ventilated space. Do not leave burning incense unattended.

How to store the herbal incense to preserve its aroma and potency for a long time?

Store the sealed incense in a cool, dry and dark place, away from extreme temperature and humidity. Do not mix with strong-smelling items.

How long does each incense stick burn?

Each stick burns for 30-40 minutes.

Is this suitable for meditation or relaxation?

Yes. Many customers use our incense during meditation, reading, or winding down.
