We carefully handcraft and prepare each order before shipping. 

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During peak periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time varies depending on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

Our medicinal incense products are crafted with care.

To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we use specialized protective packaging.

If your items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
